Concrefy advised the contractor regarding concrete technology during the construction of the new Port House in Antwerp.
The advisory work focused on early-age stress modulation of massive concrete and exposed white self-compacting concrete. Concrefy prepared early-age stress modulation documentation and method statements for both standard and exposed concrete applications.
In addition, Concrefy carried out on-site concrete testing and temperature and maturity measurements to support the assessment and control of the hardening process.
